EMPLOYERS AND INSURERS

Employers and insurers are faced with many challenges in managing both occupational and non-occupational injuries.  Santé Surgi-Centre is here to serve as a complement to the many other services offered through the public healthcare system, and assist employees and executives in accessing health services in an appropriate and timely manner.

Expedited consultations are normally available within 7 business days.  When required, surgery can follow within 15 days.  Expedited diagnostic services – including CT and MRI – may also be arranged through Santé Surgi-Centre.

Santé Surgi-Centre accepts payment from third party payers, including employers, insurers, and WCB.  In respect to the Canada Health Act, patients may not self-pay for health services, with the exception of cosmetic surgery or treatments not covered by Alberta Public Health System.
